The project consists of a new two-story building approximately 17,360 square feet located on an extensively landscaped 4.2 acre site just north of Walterboro. The new facility provides for customer service and sales, administrative and employee support functions for an established, progressive telephone utility company.
In addition to the main entrance, sales and customer service areas, which include cashier and customer payment functions, the building provides for adjacent customer relation offices, general management offices, records storage areas, accounting, and data programming sections. Other functions include an administration area which houses the General Manager’s office, a Boardroom, and a video conferencing employee training center. Unique employee support functions include a kitchen and employee’s lounge area, a physical fitness center as well as locker room facilities. Employees may also enjoy break time in the beautifully landscaped garden and canopy located adjacent to the facility. The entire second floor is dedicated to open office space where administrative and clerical functions can expand as future needs. |
