| With over 14,500 water customers, over 15,100 gas customers, over 14,500 electric customers, and over 14,500 wastewater customers to satifsy, the demands on Greer CPW's organization, staff, systems, and facilities are quite significant. From a facilities standpoint and more specifically the Operations Complex, Greer CPW commissioned Design South to produce a master plan and evaluate the present and future spatial needs of its customer service center, business office, administrative and training functions, warehousing, shipping and recieving areas, four utility departments, engineering functions, vehicle storage and maintenance areas, and related support areas. The full utilization of property and security issues were also included as part of the master plan study. |
