| SCOPE: |
Upon completion of the master plan study, Hospice of the Upstate directed Design South to proceed with the Phase 1 Projects. Specifially, Phase I consists of two buildings: a 7,900 square foot, three-story Community Outreach Center in conjunction with a new 6,950 square foot, one-story Education and Volunteer Center and a new 6,600 square foot, one-story Dietary Services Facility.
Site improvements include 67 parking spaces, sidewalks, retaining walls, and a stormwater management system. |
