Scope:
Design South Professionals developed plans for a new 6,600 square foot, one-story Dietary Services Facility. The Dietary Services Facility is an addition to the existing Hospice House building and includes a spacious 125-seat dining room, serving area, commercial size kitchen, food storage, restrooms, and loading dock in addition to a 1,800 square foot terrace.
Site improvements include 67 parking spaces, sidewalks, retaining walls, and a stormwater management system.
