Scope:
We developed plans for a new 60,000 square foot call center to be used by the county in marketing of the Kershaw County Office Park in Camden, SC. This process is being accomplished via a virtual speculative facility which is designed and permit ready for construction including a 3-dimensional fly around application of the facility to the proposed site. The project has also been designed with provision for the application of LEED criteria and modeled in 3 dimensions with both options available to the client.
