Scope:
The project consisted of the reconstruction of approximately 8,100 square feet of an existing pre-manufactured steel building. The modifications included new commercial office functions for a rapidly growing telephone company.
Specific new functions include executive and engineering offices, staff kitchen and break facilities, a central control center and marketing office, a dispatch center, and a state-of-the-art video conferencing center.
An approximate 3,000 square foot addition was also added to the end of the building to replace the original small equipment and material storage area. A covered parking area and new entrance was constructed at the rear of the building where company vehicles are parked.
