Scope:
This project consisted of schematic design, final design, bidding and construction services for alterations of the existing building complex. These alterations included approximately 76,950 square feet, a new HVAC system, relocation of service drive, approximately 9,600 square feet of new covered walkways, additions of approximately 20,020 square feet of classrooms, teacher work rooms, student lockers and toilet facilities.
