Scope:
This project consisted of schematic design, final design, bidding and construction services for alterations of the existing 33,770 square foot building complex. Modifications included new HVAC, electrical and roofing systems, converting the loading area into the new main entry and additions of approximately 12,000 square feet of classrooms, covered entries and multi-purpose room with stage and toilet facilities.
