Benedict College needed to expand their dining facility within the existing footprint of the student center on campus. We developed a plan and modeled the expansion options for both a single and a two story expansion utilizing Revit design software. These plans would provide the necessary hot food bar options and serving lines within an existing courtyard. Both options are illustrated here as the client has yet to determine the option to be constructed.
