Design South Professionals, Inc. was awarded the Indefinite Delivery Contract for Architectural and Related Services for Tri-County Technical College. The two year contract included consulting services of architecture and engineering on various facilities of Tri-County Technical College ranging from the design of new small facilities to the renovation of indoor and/or outdoor spaces.

Under the IDC Contract, Design South provided multiple renovation projects including: Student Center Phase 1 and Phase 2 Projects, Fulp Hall Computer Lab Renovation, Gateway to College Office Renovation, Teaching and Learning Center, Marketing and Graphics Renovation, Institutional Advancement Office Renovation, Oconee Hall Re-roofing and Ruby Hicks Hall Re-roofing.
