Architectural - Education

The project included the complete demolition of select portions of the existing structure totaling approximately 2,800 square feet and selective demolition of existing concrete sidewalks and asphalt paving associated with the new construction. Interior renovation work encompassed approximately 7,100 square feet of existing space, along with the construction of a one-story addition totaling approximately 5,800 square feet. The project included an entrance, circulation corridor, office for the Student Government Association, student tutoring room and offices, office for campus security, storage rooms, offices for bookstore staff, bookstore storage area, book preparation and buy back area, and bookstore retail space. The project also provided for HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical systems in support of the work. New concrete sidewalks, steps and incidental storm drain system components were also included.
