To help attract new corporate clients, Anderson Regional Airport sought to provide upscale private office space directly connected to corporate aircraft hangar facilities. Design South provided conceptual designs of a four-bay aircraft hangar/office building to assist with marketing the Airport’s concept.

The approximately 17,100 square foot pre-engineered metal building was designed to be flexible enough to accommodate the most common private aircraft sizes with multiple bay size configurations. The proposed structure was to be conveniently located off Airport Road near the terminal with direct access to Taxiway “B”.
