Scope:
Phase II of the City Hall Improvements furthers the campus rehabilitation by completing its 7,050 square foot ground floor that began in Phase I, the New Detention Center and includes the new City Council Chambers, a Municipal Courtroom, Conference Rooms, and support areas.
Phase II additions include the construction of a two-story steel framed structure, approximately 10,280 square feet, adjacent to the existing Anderson City Hall and New Detention Center. This new wing includes offices for City Administration (City Manager/Staff suite and Mayor/Council suite) with reception and waiting areas, offices for City Finance, personnel and support areas.
