The Design-Build team, made up of Live Oak Consulting Engineers and Trident Construction Company was tasked to renovate an existing 20,000 square foot pre-engineered metal building for Mankiewicz coatings, an International Manufacturer of high quality coating systems.

The Design-Build team renovated the existing facility, which included a 4,000 square foot administrative office and 16,000 square foot warehouse. We provided the required code provisions for health and human safety to adapt the facility to meet the required class II and III flammable liquid isolation and retention of hazardous materials. We worked closely with the Owner, Engineers and Contractor to utilize the existing space to accommodate the owner’s needs which included the addition of a new 2,400 square foot attached storage and 3 hr rated fire wall.
