Scope:
The study consisted of the development of a master plan with regards to the City's current and future needs in which the general scope, conceptual design, size and relationship of the different components of the historic City Hall Complex were delineated.
Services included site analysis, architectural conceptual design and project budgeting and scheduling with special consideration given to:
- Land utilization
- Structure Placement
- Development Phasing
- Conceptual site and building design
- Spatial area and volumes relationships
- Project Costs
- Project development costs
The master plan study encompassed an existing building area of approximately 33,000 square feet with the potential to expand the City Hall Complex to approximately 66,000 square feet on its current site.
