Scope:

This project consisted of Division 1, which included a new wastewater pump station, Division 2, which included approximately 15,000 linear feet of new force main, and the closeout and decommissioning of the existing Taylors WWTP.

Division 1 included a 20 MGD pump station consisting of four submersible pumps with 150 HP variable frequency drives, a masonry control building to house electrical gear and control equipment, standby generator system, discharge flow monitoring equipment, and other related appurtenances. Also included are approximately 700 linear feet of 30-inch gravity sewer and related site improvements.

Division 2 included construction of approximately 960 feet of new 30-inch sewer force main, approximately 13,470 feet of new 24-inch force main, connections at two locations between existing 20-inch, new 24-inch and new 30-inch force mains, construction of approximately 275 feet of new 30-inch gravity sewer line, and connection of new 30-inch gravity sewer to existing 60-inch Enoree River Trunk Sewer.
